Cookies
In force from 2 September 2026
This site uses no cookies. It sets none of its own and lets nobody else set any. That is why you see no banner: there is nothing for you to accept.
What that means in practice
- No technical cookies, because none are needed: the page has no restricted area, remembers no session and holds no basket.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics and no substitute. We do not know how many people read this page, and we can live with that.
- No advertising trackers, no pixels, no social buttons reporting your visit back to a platform.
- No requests to third-party domains. The typefaces, the satellite imagery, the three-dimensional viewer and the point cloud are all hosted at our own addresses. A page that fetched its fonts from an external service would hand that service the IP address of everyone who opened it: this one does not.
- No storage in your browser. We use neither localStorage nor sessionStorage nor any other local store to profile you.
What your browser does by itself
Your browser caches images and files it has already downloaded so as not to fetch them again. That is how the web normally works; it is not a cookie and it identifies nobody. You can clear it whenever you like from your browser settings.
Light and dark themes
The page follows the theme you have already chosen in your operating system. It reads that preference on the fly and does not store it: no record of your choice is kept, either on our site or on your device.
The enquiry form
The only point at which this site collects anything is the enquiry form, and only if you complete it. It uses no cookies for that either. What it collects and for how long is set out in the privacy notice.
If this changes
If the site one day needed a cookie — for a restricted area, say — this page would say so first, and a genuine consent request would appear, not a banner that accepts on your behalf.
